The CMC is creating a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) working group. We are seeking representatives from every group in CMC that can help us move forward in this area to become a more welcoming Club to all Coloradans.
Once we have representation from all the groups, an initial meeting will be scheduled to discuss industry standard, best practices, and establish a charter and goals for the working group. We will then work towards charting a course and providing recommendations for the CMC State Board of Directors and CMC staff for ongoing improvements in the DEI space.
